Back to Basics and Beyond:
Over the course of 8 months, you’ll join up to 14 other students, covering eight modules where you only have to show up to class for 10 days online or in-person. prior to Modules 2-8, you’ll report the progress you’ve made throughout the month.
6-8 week mastermind study groups:
Alongside the modules, you’ll have access to 3 consecutive 6-8 week mastermind study groups available both online and in-person. Here, you’ll spend at least one hour a week connecting with aspiring leaders, diving deeper into key principles and discussing the practical applications of what you’ve been learning in the Back to the Basics and Beyond modules.

How it works
Sign-up: Choose whether you want to participate online or in person.
Attend in-person: If you choose to be with us in person, you’ll meet us once a month in Fredericksburg, Virginia with plenty of lodging options nearby. Here, you’ll be learning with 14 other aspiring leaders, taught by Robert Marcus, and treated to breakfast and lunch.
Attend online: Not local? No worries. Access everything from your screen, receiving the same attention from Robert that our in-person attendees get.
Mastermind study groups: Between the months, you’ll be able to attend three consecutive 6-8 week mastermind study groups, once a week, and set around lunchtime.
Put insights in action: Now that the course is complete, you’ll finally be able to manage your company more efficiently, speak more clearly, and get the results you want.
Optional bootcamp: Need more of a push? We’ll have an optional 2-week bootcamp for you to attend to learn even more tactics from Robert.
